The food of the day is LEGUMES. When I say legumes I am referring to beans, peas, and lentils-foods high in fiber and protein. Other benefits include:

Food of the day is ORANGES. Oranges are best known for vitamin C, but they’re also loaded with other self-healing properties!
1. They contain hesperin, a natural compound that protects against cancer, heart disease, infections, asthma, and inflammation
2. They’re high in beta-cryptoxanthin, a pigment that shows promise for preventing heart disease
3. They’re packed with dpectin, known to help lower cholesterol
4. Oranges are full of potassium and folic acid, both of which keep your heart healthy
