Day 2 was off the hook! with 2 events and 2 wins✌️!!⠀

Final event won by 𝟭𝟯 𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘁𝗵𝘀 of a second!! Every workout, every stride, every rep, every bead of sweat… justified 👊!!⠀

Everyone I thanked in my previous post, whole-heartedly deserved every word of praise but I have so much to say about this last person that I’d hit my character limit!!⠀⠀
My biggest thanks is a very personal one and of course goes to 😍⠀

The results of the 24hr crew simply would not have been possible without you. The nutrition support was planned, prepped, continuous and on point!⠀

You ran the socials to connect people around the world 🌍 who participated and donated.⠀⠀
You smashed out 10k Row, 10k Ski and 20k Bike efforts at anything but a casual pace! 🚣⛷🚴‍♀️⠀

Your energy 🔋for 24hrs straight lifted all of our spirits. It was as though tiredness wasn’t even a factor!! 🥳⠀

And finally and I don’t know how many people know this, but after I finished 100k Row + 100k Bike and took to the 100k Ski, I was gutted to realise that my pace wouldn’t see me done in 24hrs. Injury, tiredness, covid the day before 😬… it was all taking its toll. Sam stepped up again to half my meters with me, alternating in 5k stints, to knock out another 50k herself throughout the night…⠀

And whereas I passed out during my rests, Sam just kept feeding and supporting everyone else!!⠀

On one hand I was gutted not to see this out myself but on the other was something even better… completing it with Sam! Love you gorgeous 🥰! You’re the best! 🏆
