The Austin, Texas, court decision we previously reported last April 21 has come home to roost in Madison. A 3-judge panel of the federal 7th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that Adams Outdoor Advertising cannot sue the city over allegations that its sign code is unconstitutional, relying on the Austin decision.
