KW2 partnered with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development to launch A Force for Growth, a campaign that helps employers and key decision makers invest in childcare solutions that support working parents.
With over 13.5 million impressions and 200,000+ decision-makers reached, the campaign delivered powerful toolkits, a compelling video series, and a clear call to action that childcare investments aren’t just good for families- they’re good for business.

At Caracon 2025, our Director of Public Health, Josh Skowron, joined hundreds of public health leaders and community partners from across the country to explore the future of HIV prevention. Josh presented on how HIV self-testing can move from innovation to infrastructure—meeting people where they are, reducing stigma, and driving real access to care.
Keynote speaker Jesse Milan Jr., President & CEO of AIDS United, reminded attendees that the HIV fight depends on leadership across public health, public policy, and public service. His message underscored what unites all of us working to expand equitable access to care.
