Sunrises and Sunsets….

This year asked something different of me. Not speed. Not certainty. But presence. It required a kind of spiritual listening. One of observing feelings as they rose, naming them, and discerning what they asked of me next. Mindfulness showed itself not as stillness, but as attention which revealed an abundance of gifts.

Many of those gifts arrived as sunrises and sunsets. I took these as threshold moments with the most beautiful edges. Where day becomes night, and night becomes day. Where endings disguise themselves as beginnings, and beginnings arrive like a memory we somehow already knew. No one could have predicted this year. Not its chapters. Not its openings. Not its initiations.

1. Sunrise on the Maasai Mara, Kenya (Early February)
2. Sunrise to the Nairobi Airport (3.2.25)
3. Sunset in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (late March)
4. Summer sunset over Lake Mendota, Madison
5. Sunrise in Madison, WI before leaving for Bozeman, MT (August)
6. Sunset in Bozeman, MT
7. Selfie at sunset on a personal retreat in LaCrosse, WI
8. Last sunset in Cape Town before leaving for my grandma’s funeral. (12.10.25)
9. Sunrise the morning of my grandma’s funeral. (12.13.25)

This quote is sitting so intimately with me today….

I’ve been playing with Chat GPT to code some of the reasons for why people love working with me. I’ll take it. Especially permission to be human (and a little weird).

💥 A Few Gregg-isms You Can Expect:
*Surprising questions that unlock unexpected truths.
*Collaborative rituals that help people actually like meetings again.
*Permission to be human (and a little weird).
*Genuine belief that your team can get unstuck—and that it’s easier than they think.

DM me if this sounds like a route you’d like to take.
