Source: Not entirely sure, but I think this one is probably a find from my friend and chosen family Nansie, who has incredible thrift-store fu and is perpetually on the lookout for items of purpleness and things of felinity for me 😸. In the foreground, a collection of the tags I make and use to designate the bases I dye; in the background, Independence Day on pause, because who doesn't love a 1990s sci-fi disaster flick?

The newest addition to my beloved and ever-growing mug collection, bought for me by equally beloved friend of at last month's because she knows that owls have been special to me since the sistergirl and I discovered, shortly before he died, that they were our late dad's favorite animal. My brain has been wiped clean of the creator's name; when and as it comes back to me, I will tag them here as they deserve.
