We all long for joy, peace, and relief. The good news is that Easter is almost here. But it's not about a bunny or an egg filled with money. So what difference does it make?

It makes all the difference. It means that our hope has arrived. Death is just temporary and our worldly fears are unnecessary. Jesus is risen indeed. What difference does the resurrection make? It's what Easter is all about. Join us to celebrate!

Are you all ready for Christmas, or are you already done with Christmas? Things get hectic with gift purchases, holiday parties, cooking and cleaning, traveling on icy roads, and dealing with difficult relatives. If you need a silent night, join us at Eastside Lutheran this Christmas season as we look at the hymn Silent Night, which highlights the peace that is ours because "Christ the Savior is born!"

One of the many things on our Thanksgiving list that we are grateful for are the Forever Warriors who are studying for the public ministry at Martin Luther College! Please join us in praying for these individuals as they continue to train to be pastors and teachers.
