The sweetest, kindest and most loving mother that I could have asked for. I thank God for you.

“Healing doesn’t mean pretending the pain never happened. It doesn’t erase the hard chapters, the disappointment, the trauma, or the seasons that changed you. Healing means those experiences no longer have the final say in how you live, love, trust, or move forward. It means reclaiming your peace, your voice, and your future. The scars may remain, but they become reminders of strength—not chains of control.”

May is Mental Health Awareness Month... a reminder that mental health is just as important as physical health.

As we step into May, let’s normalize checking in on ourselves, setting boundaries, asking for help, and supporting those around us. Strength is not pretending to be okay, strength is taking care of you.

Whether it’s stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, or simply needing someone to talk to, you do not have to carry it alone. Healing starts with one conversation.

Let’s make this month about awareness, compassion, and breaking the stigma. 💚
