O Lord, you whose kingdom is not of this world, strengthen our allegiance to your kingdom, we pray, deepen our loyalties to your global body and increase in us our longing for a better country, so that in Jesus' name we might love our nation and our neighbors as pilgrims in a strange land. We pray this in the name of Jesus, the One who truly sets us free. Amen.
