"At the Lewis Institute we focused on analyzing our strengths as leaders and discovering our individual leadership styles. We were able to come up with an action plan to take the initial steps in bettering our chapters culture. My favorite moment at the Lewis Institute was having a conversation with our fraternity sisters about what makes our chapter unique and truly embrace all that is Delta Gamma! We want to give a special thanks to our director of activities, for planning an amazing weekend for our moms. We wouldn't be where we are today without them, and we wouldn't have had such a successful weekend without you. 💗 thank you also to for hosting so many of these beautiful women.
