THANK YOU to everyone who came out to our final STS meet yesterday at the Dane County Championships. We’re so excited to welcome you all to our third Summer Track Series Meet of the year tomorrow at Sun Prairie West High School!
As always, our meet staff is made up entirely of volunteers, and we’re incredibly grateful for any help that ensures everything runs smoothly and on time — thank you all in advance!
Athlete Check-In
- When you arrive, head to the registration desk to pick up your color-coded wristband.
- Staff at the desk will let you know which color your group is.
- Registration opens at 4:30 PM
- First events begin at 5:30 PM, following a rolling schedule (Event timeline is attached for reference.)

Track vs. Field Event Priority
If you’re signed up for both track and field events, please note that track events take priority.
- If your track event is called while you’re at a field event, you will be excused to go run.
- We will not delay or re-run track heats, so please be attentive to announcements.
- After your track event, return promptly to your field event. We’ll do our best to ensure you get all your attempts, but this may be more difficult for the vertical jumping events.
Weather Reminder
The forecast does not currently include any chances of rain.
- Rain alone will not cancel the meet.
- Lightning may cause delays, pauses, or cancellation of the meet. Final decisions will be made on-site.
