STARTING MONDAY🥊
Train like a Boxer and get yourself ready in 6 weeks. This comprehensive 6-week training program is designed for beginners. Classes will meet 3 days a week (MWF) with 2 days of Strength & Conditioning(T/TH)to be done on your own. Classes will be led by a coach to teach the fundamentals of boxing: punches, footwork & defense. Strength and Conditioning will be predesigned with a list of exercises with virtual cues that you must follow on your own. By the end of the 6-week program, you will have the ability and knowledge of a Skills Level boxer and ready to take your talents to the intermediate Level. The success of this program relies on you as the individual and your commitment to put in the effort necessary to reach your goals.

We love hearing how our boxers continue their journey even when they move away. Lux was not only a boxer at ccb but also one of our team members. Now she’s in Ohio and is Chief of Pediatric Ophthalmology of the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Boxing continues to be part of her story and helps her in so many ways. We miss you Lux but so proud of you!
