✨ 2025-26 PATCH Green Bay

A year full of learning, meeting new people, and building connection.

Advocacy 101.
Mental health.
Human trafficking.
Food insecurity.
Healthy relationships.

Oh! And touring some pretty cool community spaces.

But as we officially wrap up, we’re having all the feels.

Grateful. Bummed. Eager…and everything in between.

Why?!

Well…

After 5ish years, we won’t have a team of teens meeting in Green Bay for 2026-27. 😞!

But, there’s so much to look forward to, and a lot taking shape behind the scenes.

Stay tuned for the new ways and spaces PATCH will be showing up. In WI (our 🏠) and beyond.

Above all else, thrilled that most of these Green Bay PATCHies have chosen to stay involved in different (new + exciting 😏) ways next year!!
