Jeff Hicken created opportunities for others to learn and grow throughout his life — whether as the Wisconsin FFA State Advisor, an agriculture educator, a father, or a friend.

The Jeff Hicken Memorial Grant was established by his loved ones to continue that legacy.

This grant is available to Wisconsin agricultural educators applying to attend the National Association of Agricultural Educators professional development conference for the first time. The goal is to support professional growth while bringing valuable learning back to local schools and the agricultural education community.

Wisconsin educators can apply by June 30:

This , we are celebrating the Andis Foundation!

The Wisconsin FFA Foundation received a grant from the Andis Foundation that will help Wisconsin FFA members start or expand animal science-related SAEs. We are incredibly grateful for their support of agricultural education and the future of Wisconsin agriculture!

As Teacher Appreciation Week comes to a close, we extend our gratitude to all teachers—especially agricultural educators! 🍎

From late nights to early mornings, and from building classroom labs to reviewing countless applications, FFA members and agriscience students are able to do what they do because of the educators who stand behind them.

Thank you, teachers, for creating an environment where students can learn, grow, and develop into leaders for agriculture and our communities.
