The Los Angeles Guitar Quartet recorded a few pieces at GSI last night. Before we started, trying all these incredible instruments, like a kid in a candy store, when this happened.

The guitar I am playing was made in 1886, by Antonio Torres, who would define our instrument as it is today. The body is smaller, but the sound is not. It’s an instrument that has so much to tell, deepness, substance, and fantasy, in each note.
