The races are approaching! We had a great weekend with some great weather! Saturday we went north and found a nice loop to do our longer intervals 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️Sunday we met in Middleton and did some of our signature intervals later in the long run 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

Madison, you were showing off today! Tuesday is our staple hard interval bike day and it was BEAUTIFUL out! Today we did a mixture of Threshold and Vo2 max work on a climb! The sun was out and the cannons were firing 🦵

The weekends keep rolling and the CTLs keep increasing 📊🤣

The team had an awesome ride from Middleton, into Bluemounds, onto the IMWI course, then back in. 🚵‍♂️🚵🏽‍♀️

Sunday we met downtown for the long run on one of Madison’s amazing cycling running paths! 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃‍♂️
