Something I never tried after years of shoe modification. Shortened the shoe for a toe amputee. Required making a plaster cast, new toe box, relasting and modifying the sole.

A customer asked if I could fix "Crocs." Sure, but sometimes a "Croc" is really a crock. I guess I need to ask more specific questions about what the customer wants fixed. This was my 19th century make-do.
