About to start my “Flexitarian” diet so I’m going through some of my books for recipes so I can create a meal plan. No dairy, no gluten and mainly a plant based diet with fish once a week and poultry once a week. Lots of plant based protein to support my muscle gains 💪🏽 and plenty of healthy carbs for fuel. 🖤🖤🖤Health is wealth 🖤🖤🖤. Having Balanced Bodyz is essential! - Mind, Body and Spirit

A LOT of women suffer from fibroids and most think surgery is their only option. There are SO MANY natural and alternative options. I’m not a doctor so I can’t give any medical advise expect this... consult with a Naturopath for treatment options before you agree to surgery. God made us wonderfully... our bodies are made to heal themselves! Diet and mind healing are a few but there are MANY options... know ALL of them so you can make the best decision for yourself and your temple/body!

My recovery smoothie! Green smoothie with plant protein, almond milk and coconut milk yogurt. Delicious and packed with all the good nutrients I need.
