We’re excited to welcome David Wilson, a highly respected leader in commercial real estate with more than 37 years of industry experience across multiple markets and sectors.

David began his career in Huntsville in 1994, launching a commercial appraisal research and consulting business and producing Huntsville’s very first Apartment Market Survey. His work later expanded across Birmingham, Montgomery, Mobile, Chattanooga, Pensacola, and Tallahassee through Rock Apartment Advisors.

Over the past 21 years, David has specialized in commercial brokerage and multifamily investment sales, including 10 years with Berkadia, one of the nation’s leading multifamily brokerage and mortgage banking firms. He now serves as Director of Mixed-Use Assets with RCP Companies, master developer of MidCity and manager of six Class A properties in Huntsville.
