More Than a Conqueror

We’re excited to announce that More Than a Conqueror has received a generous grant from United Way of Dane County for the 2025-2026 fiscal years, which officially kicked off in January!🎉
Circle of Life Balance is an initiative designed specifically for BIPOC women with children, funded through the United Way’s Women in Wealth grant. This initiative is part of United Way of Dane County’s vision to break the cycle of systemic poverty, systemic racism, and discrimination. This funding will support our mission to provide financial education, credit education, and homeownership readiness to families in our community all aimed at creating a future of economic empowerment and wealth-building for women of color and their families.
Our approach goes beyond just helping families purchase homes as we empower them to sustain stable housing, whether they want to own or rent, by building sustainable financial habits, including budgeting, savings, and credit management. We provide ongoing coaching and resources to ensure families don’t just reach their goals but are able to maintain them for years to come.
A big thank you to United Way of Dane County for supporting our mission and making this possible. Stay tuned for more updates and success stories of how we’re helping individuals and families take control of their financial futures! 🚀

Behind every smile, there's a journey. Behind every journey, there's hope.
For years, through many different professional arenas, I've worked quietly alongside families facing life's toughest challenges - not for recognition, but because every family deserves a chance to thrive. My work isn't about quick fixes or surface solutions. It's about sitting together through the storm, listening to untold stories, and building trust one conversation at a time!
From housing struggles to mental health battles, we tackle each challenge together. Because real change happens in the small moments - a shared laugh during difficult times, a breakthrough in therapy, finding a safe place to call home, or simply knowing someone truly cares.
I don't believe in just providing services. I pride myself on being willing and able to stand with families as they rediscover their strength, watching children's eyes light up with renewed hope, and celebrating every step forward, no matter how small.
To every family I've had the privilege to work with: your resilience inspires me. Your stories matter. Your healing matters. And together, we're proving that even in life's darkest moments, there's always a path forward.
It is my deepest honor to amplify the voices of those who have gone unheard, equipping families with the knowledge and advocacy tools they need to create lasting change for themselves and their children. When knowledge becomes power, silence transforms into strength.
Special thanks to our amazing partners who believe in my vision: Spa In Your Space - Mobile Spa Company (CHICAGO), Play Gazer Mobile Ent.(MILWAUKEE), Pdice Entertainment, ' Circle Collective, Classic Creations , Food for All, Walmartt Public Health Madison & Dane County United Way of Dane County and of Madison.
