Last year, we came up here for Chris’s birthday and explored the area for the first time — we still had a lot of work to do to get it ready for guests. This year, the cabin is booked most of November (🥹!), but we snuck in an amazing fall stay a few weeks ago. We had no idea this is what ‘one year later’ would look like.

Closing day for my out-of-state buyer! 🏡 We found the perfect home - beautifully renovated and restored in one of Madison’s most charming neighborhoods. She didn’t see it in person until the final walkthrough, proof that it is possible to buy confidently from a distance!
