Cuckoos Roost

Unfortunately Cuckoos Roost is closing at years end. I’ve marked down merchandise 30-40%. All inventory is on the floor. Many cool & unique gifts to choose from.
Why did I decide to close you ask? Truthfully, sales have been dropping since January. Understandably folks are watching where there hard earned money is being spent. Myself included.
Second reason, costs have increased for all craftsman & artist as well as a tremendous increase for shipping to the store. The financial shifts we’re experiencing are too strong to fight, at least for an inventory that is quality handmade in USA.
I truly mean it when I say THANKYOU for shopping at the Roost & supporting American Craft.
I have really enjoyed meeting so many kind and interesting people. I will especially miss my regular “chats” with so many of my regular supporters, friends and fellow business neighbors.
I’m not closing to “retire” whatever that means, just ready to explore new possibilities.
