Humans are such social beings. We crave to fit in, we crave socializing, we crave acceptance. Though with that, we tend to conform to the group so we fit in, rather than stand out. We should be doing the opposite and PRAISING the unique, and one of a kind person that we are.

Cultural conditioning is what shapes most of humans behavior. Kids brains are made to absorb an incredible amount of information, and that’s where most of the cultural conditioning starts.

Don’t be afraid to stand out.

Perfect for mothers, and adults with busy lives working and doing things that makes them happy. I am someone who didn’t believe that everything could turn around with quite literally just a switch of mindsets. However I committed and have no regret. I’ve always loved helping people, and I did as a CNA for quite a few years until I found my passion… helping people find themselves, heal, and become unconditioned to some limited, unrealistic and toxic mindsets.

Throughout my life I’ve faced some tremendously difficult challenges, which has truly brought focus on my mental health and finding inner peace. Although self work is a never ending journey, I’ve had such incredible outcomes to my efforts thus far and am more than excited to share the knowledge I’ve acquired with you.
