🚨 WE’RE HIRING — 2ND SHIFT CSR / DISPATCHER (2PM–10PM) 🚨
If you’re sharp, fast, and don’t fold when the phone won’t stop ringing… Precision Towing & Recovery wants you.
This isn’t a “sit and scroll” job. This is real-time customer service + dispatch — answering calls, solving problems, running the board, and keeping drivers moving when things are chaotic.
POSITION: CSR / Dispatcher
SHIFT: 2:00PM – 10:00PM (2nd shift)
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:
✅ Motivated and willing to learn
✅ Able to multitask without getting rattled
✅ Strong on the phone + clear communicator
✅ Organized, dependable, and on time
✅ Has common knowledge of the local area (Madison/Dane County is a big plus)
