Stray

Well, Luke and I are gutted. This was our mock-up (sans Wormie) for what we were planning to put up in London next week.
Six months ago all 3 of us were booked for a 2 wk trip. Then last week had to bow out due to work issues, so Luke and I rebooked a 1 wk London trip.
We just got back from the airport and driving halfway to ORD to try to catch our connecting flight due to first being delayed. It wasn’t gonna happen so we called it.
Our bags are still packed.
I don’t have the emotional energy to unpack them yet.
The whole thing was surreal from the beginning, as we were using flight credits from 2020, when I was supposed to paint at …
This time we were going to paint with and somewhere near … and visit friends…
