Building boom planned in recession-stalled west Macon neighborhoods

This United States Cold Storage facility began as a vacant lot in 2017. Rowland Engineering has provided civil site design for all phases of construction and recently designed and permitted the south truck parking expansion in the foreground to add 100 additional parking spaces to the facility.
