Pot roast!

Filled medium crockpot with chopped celery, whole baby carrots, chopped onion, garlic cloves, potatoes. 1 beef bouillon cube and 1 lb beef roast. 1 can Campbells beef soup and 1 can mushrooom soup. 24oz beef bone broth to almost cover roast. Add whole white mushrooms. Season more to taste. I added parsley and a salt free onion-garlic-pepper seasoning. Cooked on low for 7 hours. Served over white rice.
