Like microgreens, sprouting is another financial and space efficient way to grow nutritional food quickly! It is done with a strainer and a mason jar, much different than the method with our microgreens, but it maintains the same spirit and principles. 10/10 would recommend trying for yourself 🌱🤩🌱

I love growing sunflowers but chickens love them even more! If you are looking for a very cheap and high yield alternative to commercial chicken feed, sunflower microgreens are an excellent choice. Blend them into any smoothie for a huge nutritional boost as well. 🐔🌱🌻

If starting microgreens, use small containers. Some people are complaining how wasteful and expensive it is and then tell me they are using 10x20 trays. You probably don't need that many, especially of the spicy varieties. Start with a few, experiment and when you find some you like, order in bulk. 😀🌿❤
Another advantage is if things go wrong, you did not waste a lot of seed.
