Elite Movement Specialists
Running requires you to be on one leg for 85% of your gait cycle. As your mileage increases towards race day it will quickly expose any injured tissues or muscle weakness!
Here you can see our client crushing her hip rehab as she prepares for her next race! These exercises were chosen after her evaluation to dial in areas of weakness to help her not only feel better, but feel stronger and faster as well!
If you have a race coming up and need a tune up, or just want to regain the ability to run then message us today and see how we can help you reach your goals 🙌🏻
After surgery regaining strength and confidence in the repaired area is pivotal. Here we are working on strengthening the right leg with a low step up while emphasizing quad and glute contraction.
Having this patient pause after raising his heel up on the left leg limits how much assistance the opposite leg can provide.
Small tweaks allow us to lay a strong foundation for his eventual return to running pain-free!
Did you know that your shoulder blade is the only bony attachment keeping your arm attached to your body?
It plays a pivotal role in your ability to perform every function of movement with your arm, and as such it is also a glaring issue with clients who come in reporting pain in their shoulder.
If you want a head start on building strong and resilient shoulders give these exercises a try! They work not only as a great strength option, but also if you are healthy they can act as your warm-up routine.
1. Banded Wall slides x10-15 reps
2. Dumbbell Serratus Punches x 10-20 reps
3. Scap Push-Ups x 10-15
