Customer states (“when driving the vehicle has a loud rattling sound from the front”). The customer self diagnosed the vehicle and provided there own part. The old strut mount was removed and replaced with the new one the vehicle was test driven and the customer was satisfied.

2012 Nissan armada 5.6

Customer states (the engine has light smoke and is leaking something). The Engine bay way inspected. Upon inspection of the engine the radiator was inspected for leaks. The customer was advised that the radiator had a crack at the top. The customer provided a replacement radiator. The the replacement radiator was installed. The coolant system was inspected again for leaks no leaks were found the vehicle was test driven and given back to the customer with no additional issues.
