The first day of the last month of the year...2024 has been quite eventful.
May your December be filled with joy, love, warmth, happiness, and peace.

It's been an emotionally draining day. Many of us are feeling as bent outta shape as the pillow on this sofa. But alas, here we are...still standing and holding space.

For my fellow therapists, we're holding a safe space for others to process their feelings while continuously navigating our own.
