It's all about the people; it's so easy to say, post and hang your hat on those words but how does the business SHOW IT?
It might sound odd to some but the five types of love language do apply in business as well.
Words of affirmation - acknowledge and publicly celebrate individuals and the team
Physical touch - Present body language when communicating to show respect and sometimes a literal pat on the back or high five
Gifts - Gift cards, bonuses, swag, lunch, the list goes on.... most obvious of the bunch for sure
Quality time - PTO benefits, employee appreciation events, 1on1 time to chat and connect beyond just work task and needs
Acts of Service - teamwork makes the dreamwork, dive in and work as a team, humility, etc
Recently we had a crew in Nashville, away from their families, to build our LR1300 just so it could start work on Monday morning. These guys sacrificed time they can never get back for the better of the business. All while another crew was transporting a Tadano RT to Gulf Shore. Sure these are all necessary tasks that require manpower and time to complete but we cannot ignore the personal sacrifice each person makes.

Big shoutout to Bradley Cannon , who joined Phoenix Crane Service in February 2025 as a Project Manager! Bradley has made a significant contribution to not only the business but those he works around with his hard work and dedication, and we couldn’t be happier to have him on the team.
To show our appreciation, he was surprised with a Phoenix-branded RTIC Outdoors cooler filled with loads of goodies to keep his energy up throughout the day.

Sometimes it's not always about lift plans, rigging charts and trucking plans; sometimes it's just about showing up and being a part of the community!
This was the 13th annual Truck-a-Palooza supporting the Cobb County Safety Village. It was a beautiful day—and their largest event yet, with roughly 4,500 participants in attendance! You can learn more about the Safety Village here: https://lnkd.in/evdgwN6x
BIG shoutout to Tatum Phillips, Justin Canada and Jennifer Cardella for showing up and helping Phoenix Crane Service be a part of the smiles and excitement from all ages at this event.
Our Liebherr Mobile and Crawler Cranes MK88-4.1 was definitely a real showstopper while proudly flying the American Flag above the crowd!
Have you heard about the 'boom' on the Liebherr LTM1300-6.3 yet? If not, you really should stay-up on these Phoenix Crane Service post. 😏
For those that are not aware, this beast has 295ft of MAIN boom at the ready; that's a class-leading figure if you're not a 'craney'. This addition to the fleet has been running around town flexing and booming high into the clouds since Day 1.
On this tower er****on we employed the swing-away jib for that extra little reach of 330ft with 7,800lbs on the hook.
