š„RESOLUTION PASSEDš„
Today 8/20/2024 The Henderson County Commissioner's Court voted on a resolution to join in the call for Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to cease issuing all permits for the spread of biosolids in Henderson County Texas and throughout the State of Texas. Thank you to Wendy Kinabrew Spivey and Scott Tuley for bringing this forward! This resolution is our first step in getting this banned. This united front shows that Henderson County Texas is against the use of Biosolids on our Agricultural lands. This doesn't officially ban them, but it's the first step in this journey.
