Toombs County FFA

We had an incredible day touring some amazing farms, and we’re so grateful for the warm welcome we received at every stop! A huge thank you to Lone Pine Charolais, Terra Dolce Olives, Vidalia Apicultural Services, and Wild Mustang Ranch for opening your gates and sharing your knowledge and passion with us. 🌱🐄🐝

Special shoutout to Mrs. Kasey Jackson for organizing such a fantastic experience—we truly appreciate all the effort that went into making today possible!

And of course, a big thank you to Farm Bureau for providing us with a delicious lunch—it was the perfect addition to a great day.

We learned so much and had an unforgettable time. Thank you all again for your hospitality!

To round out our time at State FFA Convention, we have had a few more Toombs County FFA on-stage recognitions!

Dalson Plante received 3rd place for his State Proficiency in the area of Wildlife Management, which is an outstanding accomplishment as a freshman in high school! We can’t wait to see where his SAE takes him later in his high school career.

Addisyn Dasher was recognized as being a State FFA Ambassador, where she has seen firsthand how the Georgia FFA Foundation helps run the convention behind the scenes. This is such a huge recognition to be chosen as an ambassador.

Finally, Kayleigh Montford and Top Peterson, have very important jobs as they are on the floor as our voting delegates and get to play a part in electing the 2026-2027 State FFA Officer Team!

We are rounding out the last session now and will be headed back to Toombs County shortly! Many memories have been made and will forever be remembered! 💛💙💛💙
