Dearest Yoga Community,

After much thought and contemplation, Evie and I have decided to close our studio doors at the end of June. This decision was not made lightly. We have worked tirelessly for almost 10 years to hold it down and you have been our reason. We love our tribe and we love what has been created within the walls of 111 Oxley Drive- a community of people that have become like family.

Over the last year, life has changed drastically for me personally (all wonderful) and Evie finds herself feeling the pull to travel more. We both recognize that the seasons of life are changing and we are inspired to shift with the seasons rather than resisting their presence. The practice has taught us the lesson of nonattachment and, although bittersweet , we both feel this is the right decision for now.

Hear us when we say this is not the end but only the beginning of a new and beautiful chapter of growth. I still love to teach and plan on continuing to share my passion for yoga for you again in the fall (September 2026). I visualize regular pop up classes
Around town and early Saturday yoga sessions in my garage. Evie and I both will travel to you and continue offering one on one sessions.

In June - We will have a pretty regular schedule (Rushing’s gentle flow, my regular Wednesday and Saturday classes, and qigong classes with Evie). Please come join us on the mat this month as we close out a very special chapter in all of our lives (only to open a new one with more freedom and less stress) in the fall.

If you have a package with me, I will work with you. Promise. Much much much love from us both. ❤️❤️❤️Paige and Evie

Zen Den Yoga Studio owner Paige Ward conducted Snacks & Facts during lunch, hosted by Student Support Services.

The beginner-friendly class focused on six movements of the spine. (Paige used medical terms our nursing students learned in anatomy.) Participants learned forward folding & belly-breathing techniques that can be used to calm the nervous systems anytime they feel overwhelmed. 04/08/2026

I’ve driven by Southeastern Technical College’s campus hundreds of times in the last ten years and I’ve always thought about how amazing it would be to lead a class by the wager. Thank you for the invitation to share my passion for yoga with your students and staff, STC (Helen Thomas :)). It was fun!
