Today, we celebrate a very special milestone at Via Trading.

After 24 years with the company, Mario P. our very first employee, is retiring 🎉

Mario first met our owners while working as a valet at the building where they lived. He believed in a vision that was still in the works and showed up every single day to help build what Via Trading is today.

Now, as an ESOP company, we don’t just say our employees are owners, they are and Mario carried that ownership mindset long before it had a name.

Mario’s story will always be part of our foundation. He is a reminder that loyalty is not only measured in years, but also in the relationships, trust, and legacy built along the way.
