Thirty dozen eggs. One refrigerator. And a moment none of us will forget.

When the donation from Merrimack County Conservation District arrived at Rush Square this week for Rush Square and Antrim Village, our Resident Service Coordinator admitted she was "eggcited." But what happened next said everything. One resident — whose daughter uses a wheelchair and faces significant health challenges — has very few foods she can safely eat. Eggs are one of them. When she saw that refrigerator, she gave a long hug and could barely find words to express her gratitude.
That is why partnerships like this one matter. Thank you, Merrimack County Conservation District, for listening — and for showing up.
