Making some serious progress on our first hardscape project of the year in Danvers, Ma! Still a lot more work to completed but couldn’t ask for better customers on this one! Up next we will be installing approximately 1500 square feet of pavers and installing granite treads on top of the already completed retaining walls. This will be quite the spot to hang out by the pool once it is finally completed!

A few before, during and after as of a few masonry and concrete repairs we completed over the winter and early springtime, all down where it started in Lynn,Ma!

Concrete patio resurfacing and concrete step repair, basement waterproofing and chimney repair.

Today officially marks the start of our 3rd year in business as an LLC. These jobs pictured are just a few examples of what kind of work we are able to take on.

We are now starting to line up projects for the upcoming outdoor work season, call/text/dm for a free estimate on any project that you have in mind! Here is a look back at some of our projects we took on during the 2025 season ☘️

Our most recent project down in Lynn! Full interior and exterior basement waterproofing. Filled in all cracks and voids, made miscellaneous masonry repairs and painted over all interior and exterior block work with waterproofing masonry paint. Some before, during and after pictures of the last hardscape project of the year for CSD in Dorchester, Ma! Went with a new brand of pavers on this one by . Eva smooth shale grey blend with victorien blend border pavers. Great job to close out the season on. Always nice doing business with some fantastic customers as well ☘️

Wrapped up our largest hardscape project of the year in Newmarket, NH just a day before the first major snowfall of the season hit!

Completely transformed the whole backyard from being unusable and nearly impossible to maintain to a whole new out door living space. In total we installed over 500 square feet of retaining wall, 450 square feet of pavers and set 20 pieces of 4ft granite needed for the 3 different staircases we installed. Also brought in over 150 yards of 3/4 in crushed stone for base material, 3 triaxle loads of topsoil to level off the backyard and brought in some decorative rock for a nice finish around the paver patio and retaining walls.

All drainage issues were addressed with proper backfill material and rerouting of all downspouts underground.

This was a challenging project with tough access and a lot more excavation than anticipated but nothing that we couldn’t handle!

Throwback to last fall on a Hardscape project we completed in Raymond, NH. Brand new paver patio and a couple of granite staircases leading up to the back porch. We also addressed drainage issues on the side of the front driveway using soil separation fabric and 3/4 inch crushed stone. This was a fun project to work on to close out last season’s Hardscape projects!

Some before and after pictures of an asphalt driveway replacement we just completed in Lynn. We first started by excavating the existing failing asphalt and sub grade material, then hauling all the material off site. Second step included hauling in, spreading and compacting 6-8 inches of 3/4 inch dense grade for a suitable base to lay the new asphalt on. Final step was laying the new asphalt which was spread 4 inches thick and rolled over with a 3 ton roller for good compaction and ensuring a smooth finish.

Making some serious progress on our most recent hardscape project in Newmarket, New Hampshire. So far we’ve excavated 120+ yards of hard pan clay and have hauled in 7 triaxle loads of 3/4 inch crushed stone material in order to get to where we currently are on this project. Still a lot more work to be done but getting there!
