Congratulations to Timothy DenBleyker on his move to Chief People Officer!
Tim has been a cornerstone of our people operations at Elements the past few years — building the culture, systems, and teams that make this company what it is. As we grow, having Tim lead our people strategy at the executive level is a natural next step and one we're very excited about.
As Tim Broersma shared: "Tim has exceptional vision in all things ‘People’, and has been such a gift to our company and our future. It’s only fitting that he sits in this new seat! "

Another great year at AGC’s Annual NW WA Construction Career Day!
Spending the day with over 450 students and teachers from 15 high schools across Snohomish, Whatcom, and Skagit Counties was a great reminder that investing in the future of our industry starts with creating opportunities for the next generation to explore what’s possible. From blueprint reading and take-off activities to a good old-fashioned hole-in-one competition, we loved stepping out of the day-to-day to share what we do and spark conversations about careers in construction.
Big thanks to AGC of Washington’s Northern District for putting on another great event—and to Lance Calloway for helping make it happen.
Already looking forward to next year!
