In the community around the Chai Nat church plant, we were given the opportunity to share the Gospel at 7 Thai schools. About 3 hours north of Bangkok, many of these students and teachers told us they had never heard this message about Jesus before!
🪏 WHAT A PRIVILEGE! Today we got to be a part of ongoing Thailand Church Planting efforts across the country at a town called Chai Nat.
đź’§Under the shadow of a local golden mega-Buddhas we declared the Gospel of the relational, loving God who restores and heals.
🌱 Many people openly committed their lives to Jesus and received Him with gladness! We prayed and hugged people until our shirts were wet with Thai tears of joy!
🪴 A Bangkok couple has stepped forward to serve as the pastors of this new work and a property has been purchased. The next steps are to disciple a core group that will be the foundation for the church, then break ground on a building.

Celebration Sunday is here! This weekend we will celebrate freedom, honor our military and civil servants, and hear from special guest Doug Burleigh!
Doug has spent his life in ministry, serving with Young Life for twenty-five years—five of which he spent as the National President—and working closely with The Fellowship in Washington, DC for two and a half decades.Â
Doug is relentlessly passionate about seeing all people, young and old, running boldly after Christ. Throughout the years, Doug has led over sixty-five “Jesus Conferences” for young people in all fifteen nations of the former Soviet Union and every region of Russia.Â
He and is wife Debbie have four grown children and sixteen grandchildren and make their home in Annapolis, Maryland.
