Haron Lagat has ran all over the world during his professional career. He has competed in various races and winning everything from the mile, 3K steeplechase, 5,000M and 10,000M. He has been ranked in the world in both the indoor mile and outdoor 5,000M. He is also a world champion pacer and will be competing in the Olympic Trails in the 3000m steeplechase this summer.
