Our crew had a great week at the 2026 RMC, learning, networking, reciprocating, and celebrating 100 Years of Meat Judging! 🥩

Highlights:
🔴 Dr. Brooks was honored as a Signal Service Fellow Award recipient.

🔴 Ellie LaCroix, Libby Mosley, and Ashlynn Goen were recognized as Undergraduate Scholastic Achievement Award recipients.

🔴 Our graduate students presented lots of research!
⚫️ Cooper Carter received the Bobby VanStavern Award for Beef Quality Research and was selected as a Chairman’s Selected Abstract.

🔴 Lots of Red Raiders were represented in the Top 10 of the Legacy Meat Judging Contest!
