Our Adulting Class experienced an unforgettable Wellness Workshop thanks to the generosity of Texas Tech, Tech Theater, Lubbock Health Department, and Genuine Hope.

Students explored: 🧘 Mindfulness & breathing techniques 💆 Therapeutic massage 🌱 Essential oils for natural wellness 📝 Reflective writing & relaxation 🔍 Body awareness & emotional intelligence.

Real talk: Taking care of your mind, body, and emotions is adulting at its finest. 💙
