David Driskill, AIA was a participant at the 2019 International Congress of Sustainable Cities (CICS2019) in San Jose, Costa Rica in which he discussed the potential of 'growth centers' as a sustainable form of urban development.

With his participation, David Driskill, AIA aimed to further establish the College of Architecture's international and national presence as well as that of Texas Tech University.
