Ready for this weekend in uvalde! Got my loaded and ready and my secured in the trailer

We took after KCBS style comps this weekend, and walked away with our heads high. Of course, we are focused like lasers to make sure the next one is better, but for the first- we will take 24 out of 66 total teams and a 9th place rib walk. International teams, local, across the state and nation teams came together and competed in the annual cook off and it was the second to last cook in the Johnny Trigg Shootout. Which, by the way, was a great surprise for us when we arrived and got to speak with him! Huge thanks to Gary, for coming and teaming up to make this walk happen, and some great scores. Good times. Glad to be back competing after all these years.

Cooked off this weekend, we will see how this goes…. Missed brisket turn in by a few seconds….so there’s that fun.
