Happy first day of Panhellenic and Rho Gamma work week!

What is a Rho Gamma?
A Rho Gamma is a group of selected women who have temporarily disaffiliated from their own chapters so that they may guide the Potential New Members through primary recruitment!
The women pictured here will be present during all of recruitment to help the participants make house selections, navigate around Greek Circle, and keep them informed on all recruitment activities.

SIX days until recruitment officially begins and we couldn't be more excited! Today is our first day of many training days, and we can't wait to meet all the amazing Potential New Members!

We wanted to give a huge shout out to our 3 amazing student speakers as well as Kelsey from and Emily from Counseling Services for speaking at Tech Talk tonight. Please be on the look out for our next Tech Talk in September!

Today is the last day to participate and enter to win our social media challenge for the first week of Women's Empowerment Month! Just follow us on Instagram () and post a picture of what makes you feel strong as a woman. Texas Tech University College Panhellenic is so excited to announce Women’s Empowerment Month! This month we have so many things in store for you and can’t wait to share it. This week, our theme is “You are strong” and we will be celebrating it with:
- “Sorry Not Sorry” a Tech Talk by Panhellenic on why women feel the need to say they’re sorry when no apology is needed, and giving us some helpful techniques on how to break that habit! This will take place on Thursday, March 7th at 7:15 PM in the Escondido Theatre (Student Union Building)
- Wednesday, March 6th at 7:30 PM we are promoting a “sexism in cinema” screening! It will be at Alamo Drafthouse and is only $7 to sign up! If you have any questions, please email [email protected]
- T shirt sales in the FSL office (Student Union Building basement) $12 for a T-shirt and $3 for women’s empowerment stickers. The link for the T-shirt orders is https://goo.gl/forms/hRJobftHzk51qu7i2
- is a campaign we are launching until Sunday, March 9th. We are encouraging our sorority women to post pictures of what makes them feel strong! By using this hashtag, we will choose a winner (each week will have one!) and this week the prize will be a $15 gift card to your choice of Starbucks, Panera, TC Ellis, or Target! Encourage your friends to participate!

We are so excited to celebrate this month with all of you! So share this and invite your friends, because who doesn’t love free food, movies, T-shirts, and women’s empowerment?? (We sure do!)
