The Intake Coordinator will handle the processing of all received patient orders which includes not but limited to completing patient authorization intake process, including verifying insurance; communicating with patients and physicians’ offices; completing submission and/or follow-up on any required documents/forms and submission and/or follow-up on pre-certification and/or pre-authorization, assisting with answering phones and updating patients on anything related to their accounts.
