Do you have a passion for helping students succeed and a heart for Christian higher education?

Wayland Baptist University–Lubbock is seeking an Enrollment Coach/Advisor to guide prospective and current students through their educational journey. This role combines recruitment, advising, relationship-building, and student support to help learners achieve their academic and professional goals.

Qualified candidates should hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience in higher education, admissions, enrollment, advising, customer service, or student support is preferred.
