Starting up Motivational Mondays with Cas. I began this account to use art as an outlet but to also be able to show others that life is worth living and that it is possible to make it through the tough times. I’ve struggled deeply over the past few years with my mental health and I know I’m not alone. If my words can inspire just one person to not give up on themselves, I have done my job. All of my work is made with lots of love, and I want each and everyone of you to know, even if we don’t talk, even if I don’t know you well, if you’re here following this account, you are here for a reason, and you are loved by me.
