Which one is the scariest?!
A. Sharks
B. Creepy woods at night
C. Heights
D. Your AC going out in the middle of summer
If you picked D, you’re not alone. 🙋🏼♂️
During an inspection, we will test the temperature of the air coming out of the vents and compare it to the temperature setting on the thermostat.
The difference between those two numbers should be between 15-23 degrees Fahrenheit. If it’s not, the unit should be marked deficient.
Sometimes the house still feels cool, but those numbers can give us a clue that there may be a bigger issue. In order to avoid ending up in a sweaty situation, it’s best to get an AC professional out to assess the issue while you’re still in your option period.
Our goal is to make sure that your home buying experience is anything but scary!

A: We usually block off around 3 hours depending on the size of the house.
Did you know?➡️ One of the longest tasks from start to finish is running the dishwasher through an entire cycle!
At Texan Home Inspections, our goal is always to offer the same level of service we want to receive.
We will never rush through your home or cut corners.
